At least you don’t need to spam social media in silly quantities to be able to be a part of this launch…

What do you have to do as a member of the public to attend this launch?

Every year I get excited. Every year I think it looks fast. And now every year I get sad at Melbourne.

Ha ha as a Ferrari fan I have the same feeling every Australian Grand Prix for the last 7 or 8 years.

Well, you must be happy now, because Ferrari promised to fight for the championship this year. Oh, wait…
PS: I do not believe in McLaren. I have just read an interview with Boullier, about all the stuff they corrected, how they organize the team, etc. But I still do not buy it. Maybe, it’s better to be pessimistic and then to be completely wrong.

Oooh, I’ve been waiting for the car launches – I tend to leave them on at work and keep an eye on them, it always feels like the ‘proper’ start to the F1 year once we’ve seen some new cars.
I’m hoping for some radical change, if not in bodywork at least in paintjob. Maybe the white and (rocket) red will make a return. In terms of paintjobs – not a dig at McLaren, just a general comment as it’d be nice to see some standout designs which make the cars look more distinct from each other. As for McLaren – I hope some of the niggles have been worked out with the PU and we see some podiums this year.

Sounds about right. I sure would love to see the McLaren in red and white this year. (and with more power) It is almost painful to watch 2 world champions limp around the track.

MP4-30 is the most beautiful 2016 car. Too bad they changed the nose and ruined it. I hope MP4-31 will have a better nose.

Can their cars get any blander? Knowing Mclaren; the answer’s ‘Yes.’
