  1. Another lucky win for Rosberg, hasn’t proved much yet with Hamilton and Vettel yet again getting problems. Verstappen needs to replace Kvyat ASAP. Disgusting GP3 driving from Kvyat.

    1. And what about Palmer, will his performance be reviewed to potentially change the driver at Renault mid season?

      1. Completely forgot about Palmer. He needs to be replaced by Ocon.

You gotta be kidding……!!! Yeah, and another lucky P2 for Hamilton… because Vettel DNF!!

    3. Nice chop of the corner by Hamilton turn 1 & 2 to gain 5 places….. Could have braked to avoid the cars in front (as others did), but floored it and chopped the corner from way back straight for the marker instead.

      1. Did he not stay within the track?

        1. Nope – But the FIA race stewards were pretty lenient on this today.
So they probably let him get away with it due to all the carnage taking place on the tarmac itself. Appeared indeed like a somewhat deliberate action from Hamilton’s side and this time he got away with it. Potentially even a well-calculated risk to take, as he was starting in 11th, so it could hardly get much worse anyway, even if given a drive through…

    4. The only part of the race where ROS was lucky were the last 10 laps. In a post race TV interview, Toto Wolff said after Lewis’ water pressure issue, they started getting strange signals from ROS’ engine when he was flooring it the last ten laps, and their engineers couldn’t figure out what the issue was.

It was funny when ROS said he went quicker in the last laps just to keep his concentration in the race, and not to prove any point. He clearly had speed in hand.

    5. @ultimateuzair Grow up will you, please.

      1. I have grown up. I’m not one of those stupid Hamilton conspiracy theorists who constantly accuse Mercedes of sabotage. Why would they want to sabotage Hamilton? I don’t see how it would benefit them.

    6. No matter how unlucky Hamilton this season, Rosberg is still performing better than him. Aussie and Bahrain is about Rosberg better getaway, China maybe Hamilton should’ve been in the podium, but if you say Rosberg win today is lucky than so was Hamilton win in China 2014 and I recall he recieved 30% of DOTW vote. And terms “luck” completely diminished when it come to 7 wins in a row.

      1. “Rosberg is still performing better than him.”

That’s an interesting position to take, given that in the only 2 qualifying sessions Hamilton has been able to complete, Rosberg has been beaten.

      2. How could you say Rosberg was better today?
Hamilton was hampered by mechanical problems he had no way to avoid in qualy. He started well, and when in second place aiming for Rosberg he got the instruction to lift to save the engine.

In the end you can’t conclude who was the best of the two.
