Very excited for the race as a fan of a specific driver. A challenge/something different for Hamilton starting last. Enjoyed watching Hungary ’14 and Germany ’14 so bring it on. Hoping for a top 6 salvage job.
Easy Rosberg win but enough going on in the battle for a podium with the Red Bulls and Ferraris to make it well worth a watch.

I don’t think a Merc victory for Rosberg is as inevitable as you think. In Spa starting a pole can sometimes be a disadvantage on the run up to Les Combes, Hamilton almost lost the lead to Vettel in 2014 (after taking Rosberg off the line) and then Perez in 2015 because of the slipstream. Plus if Rosberg’s start is typical to the last couple of races, well…. Also race pace Merc wasn’t too great, if I’m not mistaken the Bulls had better stints especially in FP3 on the softs. So could be a long afternoon for the Mercs, especially Hamilton.

should be a good start, wouldn’t want to miss that one. Lewis working through the field should be entertaining to, If Vettel/Kimi can get the jump on Ros and Ves, it will be interesting. The first stop should be interesting too. Might be a nice race. Will be interesting to see how much faster down the straight Lewis’ Merc is. I think 5th or 6th is completely doable, really depends on how fast he can recover positions and how hard hes held up in the turns, tire management from Ferrari and ROS should make the race interesting too, and if Ferrari can pressure ROS in to brutalizing his brakes.
I would have to think this race good be a pretty good one. Just hope Lewis has iceman mode at the ready and times his passes to great effect.
