The Mercedes drivers set the fastest laps in the Belgian Grand Prix in a race which saw drivers backing off considerably in order to preserve their tyres.
In a race which was heavily affected by tyre degradation Daniil Kvyat set the third-quickest lap for Toro Rosso despite the team having been unable to reach Q3. Kvyat appeared to push hard on his first lap out of the pits on his final stint before backing off by almost a second to make his tyres last until the end.
Unusually Romain Grosjean managed to set his fastest lap twice during the race.

Just shows how superior that Mercedes car is.
Hypothetical question: How many of the current drivers on the grid could win a WDC if they had that car?
Ricciardo, Alonso, Vettel, + ??

+ everyone else, including Haryanto, Ocon, all the reserve drivers, and Bernie Ecclestone, should he fancy going for a ride. The advantage of Mercedes is too big regardless of the driver.

Shame Rosberg was so conservative and didn’t go for the fastest lap. He would have achieved the third grand chelem of his career, which is no mean feat.
