  1. The IndyCar (and the WEC) will certainly be late ones for us in Europe!

  2. I’ll be getting married this weekend so the drinks reception and photos will clash with qualifying – not sure if it will go down well with my bride of 1 hour if I sneak off to follow Q3! Good that I’ve got 3-4 hours of my hangover sorted on Sunday though.

    1. @unicron2002 You failed to schedule your wedding on a non-F1 weekend? That’s a five-place grid penalty.

      Seriously, congratulations!

      1. COD goes to Keith!!

        1. I meant Comment of the Day…

      2. Thanks very much @keithcollantine I consider myself lucky to have gotten away with only a 5 place penalty! And a reprimand too I imagine. I’ve made up for it in part though because the table names are all F1 teams, I managed to win that battle at least!

        1. So, Sauber can finally live up to their dream of having more than 2 seats at the team?

    2. Better to get something about Sunday afternoons being sacrosanct into your vows first!

    3. My wife stated in her vows that she would never talk to me while the F1 was on :)

    4. Congratulations! @unicron2002

    5. There’s two ways (or maybe 3) to solve that: 1. make the pictures WHILE viewing Q3 with all the guests – surely they are all fans, right :-) 2. Just follow the live blog on your mobile phone (and 3. stream the Q3 on your phone, be carefull to mute!)

      Congratulations

  3. Are these times C.E.T. ?

    1. no Graham those are UK sommer times.

  4. I hate how long Channel 4 take to get the highlights up after a race. I’m going to be home about 21:30 on Sunday, race and highlights show will be long over but I already know it won’t be availabe yet on the On Demand service.

The iPlayer was never perfect but at least you could timeshift live streams and things were available promptly. So I’ll have two choices, wait until Monday night trying to avoid the result all day or find a torrent of the Sky broadcast which will be full HD, 50fps and not have Eddie Jordan in it…

    1. What you need Phillip is a VCR recorder with a timer facility!
