2016 Mexican Grand Prix lap times and fastest laps

Daniel Ricciardo set the fastest lap of the Mexican Grand Prix while he was hunting down Sebastian Vettel in the closing stages of the race.

However the Red Bull driver’s 1’21.134 was six-tenths of a second slower than the best lap seen in last year’s race, set by winner Nico Rosberg.

Lewis Hamilton, today’s winner, lapped almost one-and-a-half seconds off Ricciardo’s pace as he eased to his eighth win of the year.
