    1. wasn’t the torpedo thing in China?

      1. @johnmilk Yes it was. Not sure what Kvyat is trying there. His antics cost him the seat at RB.
Not an occasion worth celebrating :)

@evered7 oh lighten up. Actually the torpedo comment referred to the “incident” where Vettel needlessly moaned about nothing and Kvyat scored a podium.

The next race in Sochi is what cost him his RB seat, which lets be honest having seen Max in action and with Red Bull being privy to that data all along would have happened sooner rather than later anyway.

          1. @offdutyrockstar Actually I can laugh a whole lot about it. His reply in China was ‘that they were both on the podium and hence no damage caused’, then it cost his place at his team for trying to torpedo Vettel out of the track.

RB knew they had a good car with them and it made most sense to replace the guy with someone who can actually bring the car home in points or maybe podium. Easiest decision RB would have ever had to make.

@evered7 that’s what im saying though, the ‘torpedo’ incident happened at China when he scored a podium. It has nothing to do with his demotion.

The double rear shunt in Sochi is NOT the torpedo incident and that is what cost him his seat.

So there is no reason for him to feel shameful about the torpedo comment, he raced well in that particular instance and he’s probably quite proud that he shook a 4x WDC that much!

    2. That caption for the Stoffel’s photo? A gem :)
