F1 Fanatic Predictions Championship

Anyone who was brave enough to back Valtteri Bottas to score his breakthrough victory last weekend was rewarded – and none more so than our top prize winner.

Thomas Bowen (@Trbow98) not only correctly predicted Bottas to win before qualifying but also named the entire top five correctly, bagging the highest score of anyone and winning a copy of F1 2016 by Codemasters.

The pole position time tie-breaker was needed to award the other two prizes, which were taken by @Minnis and @Jakov.

There are prizes to win every race weekend and at the end of the season for the top scorers. The F1 Fanatic Predictions Championship is free to enter. You will need an F1 Fanatic account to place so sign up here if you haven’t got one.

Enter your predictions for each race using the form below, and scroll down for more information on the prizes and the rules.

Α bit of improvement, really close to pole time(0.044 off),but still no perfect prediction so far :( I usually get 4/5 drivers of the top 5 & 2 of them in the right spot.

  2. I was so conflicted during the last dew laps. My heart wanted Bottas to win but my head said Vettel. If Seb had overtaken him, I’d have got the full fifty points and might have actually won something on this for the first time in seven years of doing it

Still, 24 points is a good result and I’ve continued my good start to the season.

  3. Top 10, whoohoo. I’ve never finished the year within top 100. Here’s to up.

Can’t believe I’m still in first with that sad performance. I thought I was locked for a good day after qualifying. Always next week

  5. My memory is good but short, always forgets to add predictions..

Same here, I normally give up come Europe because of missed predictions.
Not this year though! I did them all in advance just in-case :D Except Bahrain which I had already missed by that point…
Struggled back to a respectable 39th since though, so all is not lost by any means.

@marussi I always send my predictions as soon as one race finishes. Spain’s prediction already submitted. And so far it’s going quite acceptable, still in the top 10 and many races to catch up.

A little hint from me would be wait till the end of p2 before putting picks in to get a little guide to go by. It will help you a lot
