The first time this season that a pole time from last season didn’t get beaten. Of course, Kimi had to mess up the last proper corner of the circuit after having gone purple in both S1 and S2, LOL.

Typical Raikkonen. About to be 1st, but loses his composure and comes 6th.

@mashiat It’s so annoying too. He clearly has very good pace this season…

Detractors complain about Vettel being given preferential treatment… for the sake of argument, this is exactly why; for the most part he doesn’t bin it at crucial moments *facepalm*

What happened to Hulk? Does he have a grid penalty? I was listening to radio a while ago and he was in P3.

@neutronstar Did you just copy my comment? Not being accusatory or anything, just found it kinda hilarious and odd.
Aaditya (@neutronstar)
28th April 2018, 18:43
@mashiat I’m sorry, but my comment has originality that yours simply lacks. I subtly omitted the redundant word “grid” from mine, and I deserve unanimous praise for the sheer inventiveness and originality of that action. I’m sure Keith will award me with the COTD in the next round-up, even though my comment is actually a reply to a parent comment.

@neutronstar: Well, I don’t know about your previous comment, but your last is definitely COTD for me XDDD

So Williams has a bad car and the worst drivers. From the end of last year, many thought McLaren was one of the best chassis. Mclaren now have Renault and both Williams beat both McLarens. Stroll must be better then Alonso!
Not really.
But I don’t think McLaren are doing a great job and they cannot always blame the engine they use. They were not great in 2014 and they then were using Mercedes (which clearly was the best engine that year).

Mad Max has 4 cars in front of him on the grid, including his teammate. The Safety Car drivers could be busy.
