  1. I don’t really understand the point to start the Friday FP sessions 30-minutes past the hour rather than on the hour. Not that I’d care too much, but I think it’d be better this way: 16:00-17:30 and 20:00-21:30. BTW, these two sessions used to take place later in the day (18:00-19:30 and 21:30-23:00 respectively) but were brought forward to their current slots for last season. Was there any particular reason for that?

    1. @jerejj – FP1 finishes just as the sun gets low on the horizon, so the first practice is in daylight, probably as a safety measure so that the drivers can get used to the track without having to deal with lighting issues too. Then FP2 is under lights, a practice for race-day conditions.

  2. I wonder if all times here are 1 hour off? I’m not in the UK timezone and I need to +2h, but seems off… I usually come here for all exact times.
