  1. Vettel beat Leclerc again?
    What’s going on?

    1. And with an older engine

      1. And without slipstream

    2. @magon4 I’d think that Leclerc will have a car setup more with the race in mind knowing he had the grid penalty & will need to do a fair bit of overtaking.

      1. that would mean a slower 2nd sector, but he was actually faster there… I think he didn’t get a clean run… but neither did Seb. @stefmeister

    3. Over the years, I’ve come to realize that Seb requires downforce for him to be fast. Since the Singapore updates, he has been quicker than Leclerc most of the time (just more unlucky). Interesting battle those two have had this season. I really thought they’d be at each other’s throats by now.

    4. If your actually paying attention Leclerc dominated vettel in qualy this season and has more points then vettel despite losing a win through no fault of his own

      1. Did he now?
        Don’t think so.
And I am paying attention @carlosmedrano

  2. Oh my God, Ferrari is the best car…. yeah!!!!
Ohohohohohoooooo…… and VET is history, why he’s not retiring, he just beat LEC again!?!?

    1. Yes…reports of Vettels demise are greatly over exaggerated.

  3. Let’s hear it for Mr Max Verstax!
Is it the Honda or the chassis? I guess tomorrow will tell.

    1. chassis. sector 2.

    2. Let’s give max some credit here. They were some great laps he put in. Around a short circuit like this he was quite significantly ahead of everyone else. ALTHOUGH….He screwed his first Q3 lap yet still ended up on provisional pole. Lewis only ever wins or gets pole because of his car…so maybe it’s the car flattering Max? Just to throw the cat amongst the pigeons 😉

      1. Look at Albon’s time. Who, I might add, is a quality driver. So yeah, lets give Some credit where it is due, to the driver who made the difference

  4. Gasly a solid P7. Best of the Rest. Gasly looks great in a Torro Rosso but dont know what happened to him at Redbull.

  5. Great qualy from max. Some great laps. Now off a binary No of poles positions. Bravo.
