It depends if actually measurements were given by mercedes, that is not on. But if it is just racing point taking photos of a car and then re creating from photos, then it is ok. Copying the exact body shape is one thing, copying suspensions geometry,and under car dimensions is another thing. Do I can see why other teams would like to know how this came about. There might be no proof just like in the ferrari-fia deal. I remember about 15 years ago Sauber made a Ferrari copy of a previous year Sauber
