Taking the grid penalty costs Lewis 18pts.
Podium would have been: Lewis -Bottas – max (+10pts)
Now -8pts.
Even 19 if you consider fastest lap point.
Expensive!

Yeah mercedes and lewis taking turns to make mistake each and every week. Only reason they are behind redbull. Mercedes definitely still the faster car looking at the whole season.

*sigh* It doesn’t take away anything from Verstappen even if Red Bull was fastest in certain tracks. You don’t have to rewrite history by saying Mercedes was the fastest whole season.

As a Verstappen fan, I have to agree. Red Bull was the fastest car in the second quarter of the season. However it looks like Mercedes has the upper hand again ever since the mid season break.

The Ferrari drivers are fairly evenly balanced…..

It seem the numbers add up wrongly for McLaren @keithcollantine – 135+95 = 230 for them, not 240, and therefore 2,5 points behind Ferrari in 4th for the constructors’
