    1. Well done, George, Lewis, and the Mercedes team. Impressive fight back from where they were for most of this season!

    2. Happy for George, Happy for us viewers for having another team competing for wins!! Loved the drive of Vettel and Alonso as well

    3. Almost all team-mates next to each other. That’s a sad state of affairs.

I’ve only managed to catch the last 16 laps of the race, so my impressions:
      – Verstappen was kinda pathetic with the refusal to give the position to Perez. If he’s in a tough title fight next year, it might bite him back. And I hope it will.
      – Leclerc was even more pathetic begging Ferrari for the 3rd place
      – Alonso is a phenomenal driver and I feel so sad for the next season seeing him once again in a garbage car at the back of the field

      1. I disagree leclerc asking was worse than verstappen, especially since they had agreed on it before the race.

    4. @keithcollantine Is this the first time God save the king has been played for an F1 winner?

      1. No its the same music.different lyrics. In F1 it is instrumental without words

    5. Well deserved result for Mercedes and Russell, to deliver a car better than their rivals for the weekend despite being over a second a lap slower for many races this year is outstanding. Here’s hoping they can deliver a actual competitive championship next year.

    6. Good for ALO, another result like this one and he’s finishing the season on top of the worst teammate since some guy called Ayrton

    7. No Rate The Race post, so I’ll put mine here: Good race overall, with tight racing throughout the field.
