Sainz purely out of protest of FIA’s ridiculous stewarding. Absolute disgrace, should have been starting in the fight at the front of the race. Really, from a sporting aspect it completely ruined the race, who knows what the result would have been with 2 Ferrari’s to try keep Red Bull behind.

@skipgamer Voted Leclerc for DOTW but agree entirely with the point.

Agree with the feeling but afraid your “protest” goes nowhere
Carlos should have been able to finish in the podium or 4th at the very least even starting 12th, nobody could match the pace of the Fezzas except of course the RBRs. But Carlos ruined it with a really bad start. Same for Fred, he started very fast and was doing a superb multiple pass in the inside of T1 but the understeered and ruined it. Should have been fighting for a better position, P5 or even better with any luck.
So I feel I cannot vote for Carlos or Fred. Charles, Max, Oscar, were the best ones IMO. And Lance gets a honorable mention. mostly because my expectations about him are very low, and he drove a pretty decent race

ocon had a great drive, and showed even more class after being dismissed/disrespected by will b. and mick’s kid.

Piastri. Rookies this good have always ended up Champions before long.

Another of my reluctant votes for MV. Yes, of course he had the RB. But it seemed potentially a little less dominant than usual and he seemed to do as much with it as he could.
That said, I am feeling a bit guilty I did not vote for Charles, primarily because Max running him wide at the beginning was reminiscent of the reasons I dislike Max in the first place.

Driver of the Week is Charles. Great weekend, decent race.
Driver of the Race? So many, but Ocon and Stroll stand out.
