  1. LEC for both DOTW & DOTD honors.

  2. Giving it to Kevin Magnussen as he’s the only one that didn’t anything worth putting in the race replay on YouTube.

  3. Logan Sargeant for not crashing or coming last.
Well done to Russell as well for going 77 laps on a set of Medium tyres whilst holding off Max.

Delighted for Charles of course ;)

  4. Cheers for Charles LeClerc!

  5. Leclerc, easy.

    1. comment-to-vote, clever ploy! :)

      1. clever ploy!

Except when others know your email address.

        1. You don’t need to enter your email

  6. Sure, Leclerc. Fix the bloody logins, I’m paying to avoid the garbage ads.

  7. Leclerc all the way..

  8. Ocon for reminding everyone why no driver in the top 10 should attempt to make an overtake in Monaco, something the remainder of the field heeded for the rest of the race. Actually Leclerc though. Honourable mentions to Piastri, Tsunoda and Albon.

    1. Pass

    2. Yep. Have to comment to be logged in temporarily

      1. Oh yes thanks for the idea!

  9. Stroll who for once was chosen by the team to play the main role in their race strategy

  10. Either Magnussen or Ocon for the Stupid Bugger award for the race. Both make Stroll look like Einstein.

  11. Surprised no one is mentioning George.
Not only survived the whole race on Mediums, but had enough pace in hand towards the end of the race to cut the deficit to the four in front by more than half in order to keep Max behind.

  12. Fernando Alonso,…. for improving on his grid position by getting up from 14th to 11th. Unless I am misreading it, the top 10 stayed in their grid order all race.

    1. Alonso gained one place in the queues at the 2nd start against Ricciardo, Ocon due to the crash, and Stroll due to puncture and pitstop after hitting the wall.

  13. Slam dunk leclerc here, voting for him too since at the end of the day it’s qualifying that made the difference and he not only set a time in his first q3 run that would, by a few milliseconds, keep piastri behind, but he also set a purple sector 3 in the end and improved on his own time by something like 0.15 sec, reminded of ricciardo’s monaco performance in 2018.

  14. #44 for the most insightful & wise comment on team radio in the history of F1, better yet, in the story of mankind
“Why didn’t you tell me that the outlap was critical?” [paraphrasing maybe]
In an undercut attempt, no less
Physicists say there is no absolute vacuum in the Universe. They are wrong. We have found it.

    1. Was a HAM fan but his whining is just too much. They put brand new tires on, and instead of attacking everyone that couldn’t change tires, he came out of the pits and managed his new tires. Someone might want to let him know there are no points for finishing with the best-looking set of tires. Disappointed in him.

  15. Leclerc obviously although I think Piastri had a good weekend. Surprised he’s got zero votes.

  16. Alonso.

  17. My first ‘no opinion’.

Maybe a little harsh not to vote Leclerc, but I can’t shake the feeling that here merely did what the car was capable of this weekend, and therefore can’t distinguish between him and many other drivers in that regard. I’d possible go 1/2 Leclerc and 1/2 no opinion had I been able to split a vote.

  18. Driver of the weekend was for me Charles. Delivered a stellar qualifying under a lot of pressure. Not his fault that the race was boring.
Driver of the race would be “no opinion”. Nobody really raced. Everybody did what was expected, except Ocon and Magnussen (although, from those two this crap is somewhat expected.)

  19. I’m voting Hulk for looking angry

    1. @davedai

That’s a little odd. Usually people don’t like him when he is angry.

  20. Is it the easiest rating this year? He was clearly fastest all weekend long, had some pace left in the end to create a gap to Piastri as well. Nobody made a move within the top 10, they all finished where they started, so props will have to go to the guy up front.

  21. Voted RUS as he was the only one that seemed to want to race out there after the restart.
