It’ll be unusual watching a race at 10:00 in the morning on a Saturday, but I’ll take it.

@geemac It’s indeed very strange and it should be 7 AM for me on a sunday :) This kind of races screwup my bioritme :)

Sunday, no? There aren’t any timezones that far behind the Pacific coast in North America?

Indeed, typo. 10:00am Sunday…

Are you sure this is right? Surely it is Sat 6am quali & Sun 6am race in the UK? Fri & Sat dates in Las Vegas time

He could be in Australia but would that be 7 PM for him on Saterday..

Melbourne is 19 hours ahead of Las Vegas should be Saterday 11 o’clock (23.00 hour)

These times are out by 24 hours when converted to Perth time (GMT+8). Racefans shows the race as 14:00 Saturday but the F1 site shows it as 14:00 Sunday.

Melbourne (AEST) is 3 hrs ahead of Perth, so it would be 17:00 in Melbourne, Sunday afternoon/evening.

I think above information is incorrect.
Qualifying in Las Vegas local is Friday evening but that is Saturday morning in Europe
The race is Las Vegas local is Saturday evening but that is Sunday morning in Europe
So anyone in UK watching Saturday 6am will watch qualifying not the race.

Yea these times do seem to be wrong. I always print all the times at the start of the year for each session (although am aware some things can change)
I had practice 1 & 2 down as Thursday at the same times as shown here, so that matches what I expected, but Sky Sports F1 TV guide says it is Friday.
Then the race and qualifying I had at the same times mentioned here, but Saturday and Sunday.
I’m seeing about 3 different times for the sessions from different sites and don’t know what to trust.
I don’t really care about practice any more but certainly want to see qualifying and the race.

FP 1 and FP2 are on friday (i just checked on the FOM F1TV app/site), FP3 and qualifying in the night/early on Saturday and the race on Sunday morning for us in Europe @thegianthogweed

I really dig that “show in my timezone button! Since when has that been there? Thanks.
I do think the DAYS in that overview are wrong? First trainings should be on Friday instead of Thursday, right? With the race early on Sunday for us in Europe.

Since the USA GP. I don’t mind it, other than it doesn’t do anything this time!

The only other 2024 round besides the Saudi Arabian GP to have the full & logical consistency of FP2-QLF-race sharing a start time & likewise FP1/3, which should be the case for all standard format events for consistency’s sake.

Oh, I hadn’t noticed… 😮💨 Racefans’ very own Occy to draft every F1 weekend schedule from now on?

I haven’t drafted every single weekend schedule & don’t intend to start doing so.
Only every now & then or whenever something worthy of noting or mentioning is applicable.
