Q3
•HULK SMASH!
•Nice pole for Lando, but how did Max survive that first lap & go fastest?! A mini Jos must sit on his shoulder waving a fist. Anyway, will that helmet off Q2 confidence carry him past Lando during the race. Hard to see it happening. Norris really needs to finish the season off with a win to carry some confidence into 2025
•Did I mention: Hulk smash!
•Bottas! I take it all back. What a lap. (edit: what laps!) Alonso: another driver taking a pile of crap into Q3. Well done, old boys.
Q1-Q2
•Smallest gap between P1-P19 in F1 history.
•Perez’s Q1 lap wasn’t even in. lol If anything, Leclerc was further in.
•Doohan had a bad second Q1 run, but he was very close to PG during their first run, which is impressive unless Gasly made a big mistake. Made the difference look a lot worse than it was.
•Bad luck for Lewis likely cost him a birth to Q3. Hopefully he has an exciting race, but it’ll be exciting to see him in red regardless of how you feel about the guy.
Other
•Kelly Piquet and Max announce the birth of world’s first genetically engineered Formula 1 driver. He also owns the child who’ll be its wing driver: Kelly-Kyvat’s kid. She’s forming a team!
