Genius driving from Verstappen at the start, one of the best passes I’ve ever seen. Ferrari exploited the safety cars well to grab a semi-decent result.

Too early to say but I think Red Bull could be back, unlike Japan which more of a ‘Monaco’ style win, Max had pace to match the Mclarens, even on their usually dominant long runs he kept pace with them instead of being caught inmediately.

From my end it seemed like Mclaren where struggling to keep up with Redbull

Tyre wear didn’t come into it much for this race for obvious reasons, that’s why Max was able to stay ahead. No doubt the McLaren instructions were to play it safe to secure 2nd and 3rd, for maybe not so obvious reasons to everyone. It’s a loooooooooooooong season!

Yep, looked like RB were able to catch up with race pace / durability of the tyres. I would tip Max to be the favourite for Monaco now.

Given how tight the championship in a period of the season everyone was expecting to favour McLaren, I can’t wait to see what happens after the rules reset in Barcelona!
