I like the progress..the bigger main Grand stand, the wider starting lane area and the baked turns with Pirelli producing modified front tires for the 2-banked turns. Great surroundings too.
Great to see this track back on the schedule. Growing up in the late 50’s and 60’s this was a regular stop on the F1 express. So……thank you Max. Also, good to see a Euro-site come back…..hopefully not financed by petrodollars or less than democratic political systems; though again, in this regard they would have ample company on the grid.
Two questions only. One would hope the track layout lends itself to some degree of passing….perhaps more than one corner per lap? And additionally, that the new banked corners don’t lend themselves to launching a tumbling car into the next time zone. I’m sure they have done their sums on this one.
