Formula 1 has confirmed details of the starting times for all bar one of the rounds on its 23-race calendar, having restored on-the-hour starts for 2021.
Formula 1 has confirmed its 2021 season will begin later than planned as the Australian and Chinese grands prix have been postponed due to the pandemic.
Formula 1 is closing on a return to both Portugal’s Algarve circuit and Imola in Italy this year as the pandemic puts multiple early-season fly-away races in jeopardy.
“Human rights should be equal for everyone and we’re going to all these countries where that is an issue” said Lewis Hamilton after F1 announced a new race in Saudi Arabia.
Formula 2 and Formula 3 have confirmed their schedules for next year, which will take place alongside separate rounds of the 2021 F1 calendar.
Formula 1 has revealed a draft calendar featuring a record-breaking 23 races for next year’s championship, but Vietnam does not feature and the venue for one of the events has not been confirmed.
Formula 1’s long-rumoured first race in Saudi Arabia has been officially confirmed. A night race through the streets of Jeddah will take place in November 2021.
