    I admire it’s uniqueness but I’ll be supporting Team Toyota-Hybrid! :D

    When will we be able to see it in ‘flesh’?And when does it hit the track?

    I agree with Sangeen. I still haven’t seen this thing actually produced. So while teams like Toyota have a physical car already testing, this seems like more talk than do.

    Michelin have delivered the tyres for the bicycle DeltaWing.

    When will we be able to see it in ‘flesh’?And when does it hit the track?

    It’s expected to make its racing debut at Le Mans. Which I think may be the only event it can actually enter in – it has an entry in the “Garage 56” project, which is reserved for experimental designs. I’ve seen a picture of the chassis somewhere … but the damn thing is that I can’t remember where I saw it. I’m racking my brains, and so far I’ve got nothing.

    However, I have heard that it will be doing demonstration laps at the Sebring 12-Hour.

    @Jason

    The chassis is from an AMR-One, and for a picture of the bare tub it’s Mike Fuller’s website to the rescue: http://www.mulsannescorner.com/newssept11.html

    As for the look of the car, I’m going to make a bit of a parallel with F1 and say that the body shape is pretty much identical to the Brabham BT52.

    Ladies and gentlemen…

    It turns.

    We can only assume it was the Deltawing he was talking about, because that’s the car everybody had doubts about when it came to its cornering ability, and Marino Franchitti tweeted a picture of himself with Dan Gurney’s bottle of champagne at AAR a day or so ago.

    @Victor_RO That’s one of the best tweets I’ve ever seen!

    It’s not a three-wheeler, it’s not a Robin, and as we can see, it turns at speeds far higher than the Robin. :P

    What class is it going to be in at Le Mans???

    @john

    Invitational unclassified entry. So it’s not in any class, it’s not eligible for any trophies, it’s an “experimental” entry.
