Going to the 2015 Le Mans 24 Hours

Hi,
I’m currently looking for ways of going to the Le Mans race next year with a friend. However, as we’re both students, money is a bit of an issue.Having done a bit of research, I came across at just £150, putting the total trip costs including general admission ticket up to £290. I wanted to come on here and ask a few questions before actually going through with it.
1) Has anyone on here been on trips with Select Motor Racing, and how well did they go?
2) How much of the track will I be able to explore with a General Admission ticket, and will the views be good enough for photo-taking etc.?
3) Other than Porsche curves, Arnage, Indianapolis etc. Are there any other good spots for views/taking photos?
4) Is there any possibility of getting costs down further?
5) Is there anything former Le Mans-goers would recommend? Roaming charges, food prices, nearby shops etc.Thank you in advance
