Super invasive "we value your privacy" pop-up

It’s been a couple of days that every damn page refresh I see that overlay. It’s becoming incredibly frustrating. Moreover, as a paying subscriber, I expect not to see settings about saving or not cookies from advertising third parties.
What should I do? Am I the only one seeing it?
