I just thought it might be an idea as there may be times when not everyone could make it… but it does have its flaws i suppose…

Just to let you know that I don’t mind any day however I wont be around friday 2nd until sunday 4th march afternoon and friday 23rd until 25th March. Other than that in March Im fine.

We’ve used the ‘drop lowest score’ rule in the Collantine Cup™ for both years it’s existed and it’s worked successfully for us. I brought it in mainly to try and give everyone one free race that they could miss without it destroying their championship hopes completely – because that undermines the whole point of having a championship and not just a series of one-off races.

It also means that at the final race of the season for us in two weeks time, we have a four-way championship decider – which is highly exciting.

@everyone the practice sessions will be held in private possibly the day before although it will be subject to change.

I like the idea of dropping the lowest score for the reasons given by magnificent Geoffrey and Kyle, since this championship is about enhancing the experience for everyone and since none of us are professional drivers for a living (as far as i know) and will have other commitments, it seems like a good idea.

I will keep the score publishing both race results and the championship table after every race.

Hope thats helpful for everyone, and if you know any one who might be interested (and who races clean) invite them to join, as we still have seven spaces left.

Best times for me would be monday, tuesday or before 1 on saturday. Maybe sundays too but i’d miss a few races

… I can pretty much guarantee to make monday and tuesday after 8 but i can’t make any time on wednesday or thursday unless it’s late

So when are we thinking of starting? I’d say we need more people atm otherwise we might find some races quite empty. Is there a way to change the title so more people might join?

I think that the Feb 12th in the title makes it look like it’s already started. I’m sure there are enough people to play on f1fanatic but maybe we need a new thread because it’s a bit of a mess atm especially with the first useful post being on the second page.
