ParticipantBest Driver: Alonso – Didn’t make any mistakes and made the strategy work
Worst Driver: Vergne – Dim move on Kovaliainen, sprinting back with a puncture was stupid.
Best Team: Erm… Force India were brave with the one stop I guess…
Worst Team: Again, no-one stood out. Torro Rosso looked off all weekend though.
Best Overtake: A few good ones, Alonso on Grosjean was a cracker.
Best Funny- moment: The wait for Alonso on the podium as he celebrated.
Most Surprising Result: Shumi on the podium
Least Surprising Result: Maldonado crashing, though it was only 50% his fault.
Special Mention to: Grosjean – could have won but for breaking down.
Race Rating: 10/10 – the best race in yearsBest BBC commentator/presenter: Gary Anderson – his insights were unusually good today.
Worst BBC commentator/ presenter: All good.
Best Commentary moment: Don’t remember anything in particular
World feed rating: 8/10 – nothing too bad, cut away at a bad moment a couple of times.24th June 2012, 22:21 at 10:21 pm #204078NickV
