Sorry guys, I had no connection over the weekend!
Question: in 1976, a Ferrari 312T took part in two non-championship races, and its airbox was not white as usual but black. Why? Who was driving it?
Giancarlo Martini was driving, I don’t know why the airbox was black…
Did it have something to do with Everest Rubber Company?
@joeyzf1 you’re right, Martini was driving. The answer I was looking for was simply that it wasn’t run by Scuderia Ferrari but it was a customer car for Scuderia Everest! Your turn.
What year was the first Singapore Grand Prix held in?
This one is easy, but it’s the best I could come up with at the moment…
2008 in F1, 1966 in general
@sigman1998 1966 is the answer I was looking for. Your turn.
Someone else can ask
Which GPs have had in their name a country which was not where the race was run?
Example of a possible answer: The Netherlands GP at Zolder in 2006 (wrong answer, just an example)
San Marino GP (held in Italy)
Luxembourg GP (held in Germany)
1982 Swiss GP (held in France)
Yes!!!
My question – John Watson’s win at the 1983 USA West GP resulted in 2 records being set that still stand (unequalled) today – what are they?
Win for Watson from farthest back, and…
1-2 for a team from furthest back on the grid? :P
First one is correct, second one is true but is not what I was looking for.
Just a guess: He is the oldest winner of the last 30-40 years?
