Post what you think the calendar will look like in the future, heres mine;
March:
Indian Grand Prix
Malaysian Grand Prix
Australian Grand Prix
April:
Chinese Grand Prix
Spanish Grand Prix
May:
Monaco Grand Prix
Italian Grand Prix
European Grand Prix
June:
British Grand Prix
German Grand Prix
July:
Hungarian Grand Prix
Belgian Grand Prix
Turkish Grand Prix
August:
Bahrain Grand Prix
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
Singapore Grand Prix
September:
Korean Grand Prix
Japanese Grand Prix
Canadian Grand Prix
November:
United States Grand Prix
Brazilian Grand Prix
Bearing in mind this is based on climate and some events not wanting to be near each other, but also the fact it is impractical to have 6 or 7 races in a row without returning to europe for a few weeks.
30th June 2010, 22:50 at 10:50 pm #142051RatboyKeymasterKnowing what the FIA is like the calender will most likely be this:
Australian GP
Bahrain GP
Spain GP
China GP
Turkey GP
Korean GP
Monaco GP
Abu Dhabi GP
Britain GP
USA GP
German GP
Japanese GP
Canadian GP
Singapore GP
Italian GP
Brazilan GP
Belgian GP
Malaysian GP
Hungarian GP
Indian GP
European GP
* I dont actually think it will be like this, it’ll be most likely the same as this year with a canadian/USA back to back race and the Indian round linked to which other race is nearest

30th June 2010, 23:00 at 11:00 pm #142053SoLiDGParticipantMaybe it would be smart to look at the best ways to put some races togheter for cost measures. Putting close tracks in 1week in between and then 2weeks off. Like they used to do with the french en british gp.. Could save many millions imo
1st July 2010, 15:22 at 3:22 pm #142054CiaranParticipantThis is what I think the 2012 calendar should look like looking at the 2012 calendar on wikipedia.
Bahrain 11 March
Australia 25 March
Malaysia 1 April
S.Korea 15 April
Spain 6 May
Monaco 20 May
Rome 3 June
Canada 17 June
USA 24 June
Europe 8 July
Britian 15 July
Germany 29 July
Hungary 5 August
Turkey 19 August
Belgium 2 September
Italy 9 September
Singapore 23 September
China 30 September
Japan 14 October
India 21 October
Brazil 4 November
Abu Dhabi 11 November
I don’t see france coming back before 2013 but if it does than 21 december 2012 is the perfect date.

LEG I – PACIFIC RIM
Australian Grand Prix (Albert Park)
Malaysian Grand Prix (Sepang)
Japanese Grand Prix (Suzuka)
South Korean Grand Prix (Jeonam)
Chinese Grand Prix (Shanghai)
Singapore Grand Prix (Marina Bay)
LEG II – EUROPE ‘A’
British Grand Prix (Silverstone)
French Grand Prix (Paul Ricard)
Belgian Grand Prix (Spa-Francorchamps)
German Grand Prix (Nurburgring)
Austrian Grand Prix (Red Bull Ring [formerly A1 Ring])
Hungarian Grand Prix (Hungaroring)
Russian Grand Prix (Sochi)
LEG III – MIDDLE EAST/INDIAN SUBCONTINENT
Turkish Grand Prix (Istanbul)
Bahrain Grand Prix (Sakhir)
Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (Yas Marina)
Egyptian Grand Prix (Cairo)
Indian Grand Prix (Greater Noida)
LEG IV – EUROPE ‘B’
Rome Grand Prix (Rome)
Italian Grand Prix (Monza)
Monaco Grand Prix (Monte Carlo)
Spanish Grand Prix (Aragon)
Portuguese Grand Prix (Portimao)
European Grand Prix (knockout format) (Mallorca)
LEG V – THE AMERICAS
Canadian Grand Prix (Gilles Villeneuve)
United States Grand Prix (Austin)
Mexican Grand Prix (Cancun)
Venezuelan Grand Prix (Isla Margarita)
Argentine Grand Prix (Potrero de los Funes)
Brazilian Grand Prix (Interlagos)
Of course this is a calendar with thirty races on it … the current twenty, plus the announced races in Rome and Austin, Russia because Bernie wants it, Venezuela because Hugo Chavez has shown interest in it, Argentina because the fans want it (but fans have proven to be very stupid), France and Austria because we need to go back, Mallorca because I’d like to see a Race of Champions-style knockout race, Egypt because I think Formula 1 needs to visit Africa as much as it needs Russia, an Mexico to make it a round thirty.
