I’ve seen this in a few places today described as being telemetry from the collision between Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel during their collision in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. It’s actually produced using the speed data from the official Formula One app, so it doesn’t show things like accelerator and brake inputs. However it does illustrate the incident in a useful way:

It seems to corroborate what I heard from the FIA in terms of why they’d had no objection to Hamilton’s driving, as related in yesterdays article:
