Was watching Suzuka practice 3 on the BBC last Friday morning and I swore I heard Jennie Gow mention just at the start of the session that Lewis Hamilton was very relaxed and “in fact was having breakfast with Gilles Villenueve this morning” I put it down to having just woken up but I remembered it today and yes she does say Gilles, i’m sure she meant to say Jacques of course. Oops!
Also, Gary Anderson is a real asset to the BBC coverage, his insight is second to none. His explanation of the Red Bull ride height at Suzuka was fascinating. Let’s hope Sky don’t poach him!
