When he’s not racing his LMP1 Porsche, Mark Webber will join BBC’s coverage team for some races this year:
New feature of #bbcf1 coverage this year is a series of films by @aussiegrit, who will join us for a few races

Damn it, how come he’s going to the BBC and we don’t get him here down under! At least if he’d gone to Sky we would have sort-of had him when we tapped in to the English commentary, lol…
Cool. Can’t wait till Jenson Button retires so he can be part of the commnetry team as I think he’d be great.
Yay! Really didn’t expect this (didn’t think Webber was the sort of person for this), but I’m looking forward to it!
Would be funny if he tried to get a dig at RB at every opportunity.

Doesn’t sound like he’s going to be commentating or anything, wonder what the films will be about.
At least some good news has arrived for the BBC F1 coverage in 2014..
The funny thing is that since his retirement, the shitstorm all the Vettel/Red Bull haters were hoping for to fuel their personal agenda, has been absent. He’s been rather complimentary about Vettel, putting him on par with Alonso.
