Predict the pecking order of 2014

ParticipantThe regulations change a lot next season so obviously this thread is at best educated speculation, at worst a random lottery. But there have been some rumors about the 2014 packages already.
For instance, German newspaper Amus reported that Mercedes engines could have a formidable advantage in horse-power next season, as Merc requested wider tyres than either Renault or Ferrari.
There are also rumors that Mercedes are the only team to block the 10 kg weight increase for 2015, suggesting that they might be the only team who have no problem getting their package down to the minimum weight limit.
