Should a 'bonus point' be awarded for reliability?

I have been following F1 since 1975 and I often think that every car that finishes a race, should be awarded a ‘bonus point’ for reliability. In effect, a tailender team who has a reliable car that lacks speed, could beat a team that has speed, but lacks reliability from mechanical failures and crashes etc. What do you think?

That’s called the 24 Hours of Lemons’ Index of Effluency.

How would you assign the point?

Thanks for your response. Like I said in my post. “Every car that finishes the race should be awarded a bonus point for reliability.” That is from the first car to the last car to pass the checkered flag. No bonus point is given to any car that does not finish the race.
The 24 Hours of LeMons Index of Effluency is awarded to unreliable cars that manage to complete a certain number of laps on a track. My version is for cars that complete the whole race from start to finish as they are the reliable ones.
