To my surprise, I’ve been really enjoying McLaren’s animated shorts “Tooned”.
It’s obviously aimed at the younger generation but it’s clearly been written by people who know a thing or two about F1, past and present. And it’s pretty funny, too!
So I’ve decided to give it a thread of its own and put all the videos in one place.

Yeah Nyck de Vries, hopefully our country’s first GP winner!
Also in episode 8, I kind of felt one of the characters was missing… is that a coincidence?14th October 2012, 20:41 at 8:41 pm #212632Bradley DowntonParticipant
@andae23 – I noticed that too…
I wonder if they’ll continue next year, and bring Sergio Perez into it?14th October 2012, 20:43 at 8:43 pm #212633robk23Participant
I really love Tooned and people in my house who don’t even have an interest in F1 are enjoying it!14th October 2012, 20:56 at 8:56 pm #212634Juan Pablo HeidfeldParticipant

Is that only me or teams are doing a bit more to please us (fans) lately? Sauber cut a car in half, Lotus did the papercraft E20 and lots of other stuff in their Facebook page, McLaren are doing these cool animations… hope that the trend continues!
