    Help!

So I’m confused about the new wet weather rules after watching an F1 youtube clip.

Can someone summarize or link me to the sporting regs about the wet weather standing start procedure for 2017?

    My related questions…

If the race starts extremely wet tomorrow in China we will still start behind the safety car?

Once the track is determined to be safe the safety car enters the pit lane, how is grid order then determined? A lap before? When the safety car extinguishes its lights and dives for the pit lane?

What if the race starts relatively wet and worsens to a point where the safety car is deployed? Would there be a standing start then? How is that restarted grid order determined?

What about after a red flag for it being extremely wet? Would the grid be frozen and then line up for a new standing start still or would it follow regular red flag procedures for say a heavy crash?

    Thanks for the explanations smart-folk!
