This steady drip of press releases from the organisers has the feel of being choreographed, nonetheless it is encouraging to see more names appearing.
Today it’s another newcomer: Italian Damiano Fioravanti will drive for RP Motorsport. So that’s eight drivers in the field so far.

Egor Orudzhev returns with AVF, that’ll surely make him the title favourite.
Orudzhev’s 2016 team mate Aurelian Panis won’t be back however, he’s signed a deal to race in the World Touring Car Championship.
