Nothing too exciting here, they’re just supporting the European rounds of the F1 season as usual.
The Monaco round is ‘TBC’ as it has been previously. They haven’t raced there before and I’m not sure what may have changed that might allow them to this time.
The Valencia test will, of course, be at the road circuit and not the street track.
1 – Spain – Circuit de Catalunya – May 11-13th
2 – Monaco – Monte-Carlo – May 24-26th
3 – Europe – Valencia – June 22nd-24th
4 – Britain – Silverstone – July 6-8th
5 – Germany – Hockenheimring – July 20th-22nd
6 – Hungary – Hungaroring – July 27-29th
7 – Belgium – Spa-Francorchamps – August 31st-September 2nd
8 – Italy – Monza – September 7-9thThe problem with holding a race at Monaco last year was that between Formula 1, GP2 and Formula Renault 3.5, there was not enough space for GP3. In the time since, they may have done some kind of feasibility study to try and find somewhere for the support paddock to go. Particularly since the Formula 1 teams park their trucks at the French border and have to commute for the non-essential equipment. I for one would not be surprised if they used the Stade Louis 2 for overflow.
