Quite a few have been announced now so let’s get a list going. All the drivers, teams and engine names below are ones I’ve seen confirmation for, if you can add any others please post a link.

Jean Alesi will drive a Lotus-powered car in the Indianapolis 500
Sebastian Saavedra will race for Andretti Autosport in the Indy 500 only
Added Alex Tagliani at Bryan Herta Autosport.
There are rumours James Hinchcliffe will get the seat at Andretti that Dan Wheldon’s death has left vacant.
I hope Hinchcliffe does get that. He’s got potential and being somewhere like Andretti will help him a lot.

Takuma Sato continues his tradition of only driving for Honda-engined teams (no prizes for guessing why) with a move to RLL:
Looks like Luca Fillipi is basically locked in to driving for Rahal’s team with Sato.
