Oval racing is so dangerous!23rd February 2012, 21:46 at 9:46 pm #193985S.J.MParticipant
Heavy impact, but then most crashes on Ovals are. Nice to see when drivers can climb out on their own.24th February 2012, 1:37 at 1:37 am #193986xbx-117Participant
Not sure if McMurray was incredibly loose or what, but he was definitely the one responsible for that crash and even almost crashed the lap before. Big hit though. Course, her crash will get even more attention than Gordon’s rollover, or probably even the winner, but that’s the nature of marketing I suppose.24th February 2012, 2:14 at 2:14 am #193987AlonsoParticipant
Nascar change a lot since the Dale Earnhardt death, see the safer barrier in the frontstrech.24th February 2012, 13:34 at 1:34 pm #193988AsanatorParticipant
bit of a nothing crash!24th February 2012, 21:09 at 9:09 pm #193989AMG FanParticipant
With the drivers so reliant on spotters, McMurray might not have known he was alongside Almirola. Danica just qualified on the pole for tomorrow’s Nationwide race, it’s safe to assume there will be Danica-mania tomorrow and Sunday at Daytona.
On the subject of Danica, the real work for her will start next week at a downforce track in Phoenix. That’s when we’ll know how she is progressing by driving normal tracks.25th February 2012, 10:15 at 10:15 am #193990Keith CollantineKeymaster25th February 2012, 10:37 at 10:37 am #193991ivzParticipant

Speaking of Dancia… Nationwide pole, aye?
