    Murray Walker’s voice provided the soundtrack for the first 11 years of my life…he is an absolute legend, and he turned 90 last week. Here is a collection of some of his best moments – which are your favourites?

    To be fair, he provided a lot of quotables during his career. But I always have trouble forgetting about Murray’s boring live analysis of the classic Villeneuve/Arnoux battle and it’s not his only lacklustre moment either. I often have the feeling people get caught up in nostalgia…

    It’s the pairing with Hunt that worked best imo, because Hunt just said whatever he felt like while Murray tried ignoring his harsh words and stay objective. Best of both worlds to me!
