Vettel got on with the job and won the race.
Kimi put in a great drive on Sunday and I like him a lot, but you can’t ignore his qualifying performance, and he also missed the opportunity to win the race.
I […]

Exciting race, gave it an 8

Looks like a fairly distinct divide down the middle, with Mclaren, RB, Ferrari, Merc, FIndia and Lotus a bit ahead of the pack.
Mclaren looks best all round, and you get the feeling Red Bull haven’t quite […]

1. What will be the best surprise? More than two teams competing for race wins.
2. What will be the worst surprise? US Grand Prix will fail to go ahead.
3. How many different teams will win races? 4.

adzz36 commented on the post, Who will win the battle of the team mates in 2012? 10 years, 5 months ago
Most of them pick themselves. The best battles will be at Mclaren and Force India and potentially Mercedes.
I went for Vettel, Hamilton, Alonso, Rosberg, Raikkonen, Di Resta, Perez, Senna, Ricciardo, […]

I just read the analysis on the Sky Sports website and it sounds as if we’ve got a really good season in store. As long as Red Bull haven’t been sandbagging all pre season.
They reckon, with good reasoning that […]
adzz36 commented on the post, Bruno Senna secures Williams drive for 2012 10 years, 7 months ago
I can understand why people are sad to see Williams take on another “pay driver” but lets be honest, they have no choice. The team has been under-performing for the best part of a decade now and they can no longer […]
adzz36 replied to the forum topic BBC Report Senna most likely to get Williams seat in the group

It looks like a done deal, it’s all over twitter. I think Senna deserves one last chance. If you can write off Senna’s potential on his 2010 performance in the HRT, then you have to rule out the potential of […]
adzz36 commented on the post, Who should get the last two places in F1 for 2012? 10 years, 7 months ago
Sutil @ Williams, Alguersauri @ HRT, then hopefully we can get rid of Trulli, Webber, de la Rosa, Maldonado after 2012.
adzz36 commented on the post, Buemi becomes reserve driver for Red Bull 10 years, 7 months ago
Why? Unless they think he did a good enough job at toro rosso to take the second rb seat next year. But surely Alguersauri showed more promise? And surely giving him one more year at str would be better […]
adzz36 commented on the post, Barrichello tipped to stay at Williams 10 years, 7 months ago
Guh, I wouldn’t mind Rubens staying in the sport but I’m not really keen on him taking up another seat on a grid that’s missing the likes of Sutil, Alguersauri, Buemi etc. for next season.
adzz36 commented on the post, Ricciardo and Vergne to drive for Toro Rosso 10 years, 8 months ago
But where’s the benchmark? Alguersauri was the better driver last year, overall, so if they wanted somebody better, why not bring one rookie in and see how they fare against an existing driver, let alone having a […]
adzz36 commented on the post, Ricciardo and Vergne to drive for Toro Rosso 10 years, 8 months ago
Also, Red Bull don’t need a full team as part of their driver development program any more. If they want a top class driver in the event that Seb leaves at any time in the next decade, Lewis Hamilton, Nico […]
adzz36 commented on the post, Ricciardo and Vergne to drive for Toro Rosso 10 years, 8 months ago
Idiocy. I really feel for Buemi, but mostly Alguersauri. They’ve both done enough to stay in F1, but I thought Jaime was getting to the point where he’d be looking at breaking into a higher team, not getting […]
adzz36 commented on the post, Williams fall into F1's vicious cycle 10 years, 8 months ago
Williams need to get Sutil. He is the only driver that brings sponsorship and the ability to lead a team. If he doesn’t bring enough money then Petrov or Senna are options too.
