Completely agree. There’s just no excitement to a DRS overtake, which has occurred simply because one driver was allowed to press a button and another wasn’t. It’s not exactly gladiatorial, is it?

I keep misreading “real Lotus” as “Rial, Lotus”!
I’ve got a soft spot for the teams that were around in the early nineties, when I started watching. So I miss the likes of Minardi, Simtek and Jordan.

The overlayed ads really annoyed me last year, mainly due to the fact that they *didn’t quite* work seamlessly and would sometimes move slightly independently of how the camera was tracking. I’ve been using the same helmet since 2003 in various sims (starting with Grand Prix 3, currently running it in rFactor and the like). I’ve gotten quite attached to it over the years, so I’d probably use that one!

When we went to Spa back in 2011 we decided to stay here.
The site itself is just up the hill from Spa (the town) and not too far to walk to if you travel there by train as we did. No complaints about the site […]
