@f1osaurus LOL you love a good argument, calm down a bit mate. Read my original comment, I didn’t say it was unfair at all. As a big Ferrari fan I was quite happy with the penalty on that occasion!
But for me […]
@f1osaurus I don’t think we disagree here…
@f1osaurus yeah tbf he is more alongside than Verstappen got at the weekend, but at no point ahead.
@f1osaurus lol I know you’re my favourite at the moment but I was referring to the second incident, around 37s in the video!
“Of course, when you’re wheel-to-wheel going into a corner and the car is still alongside you wheel-to-wheel on the outside then eventually you have to concede and give extra space. When the car’s not ahead of yo […]

2mm sounds a bit too small for reality doesn’t it?! Having said that, there was a great anecdote on the Beyond The Grid podcast recently with Jock Clear, where he talked about the way Villeneuve liked his car […]

@bernasaurus Now you say it I think yeah Yas Marina final sector is fairly off camber. Funny you say not obvious to naked eye. Just went and had a look at my pictures from Sepang in 2017, and I was stood on the […]
Can someone help me, I can’t think of the long list of off-camber corners. There might be lots of corners with a slight gradient (can’t think of any really) but a serious camber like at Zandvoort? Surely there’s none?

Brilliant pic of Seb and his dad. I love that despite all the wealth in the Vettel family now, Norbert Vettel still looks like the scruffy dad you’d get at a karting race. You can’t beat a bit of authenticity.
Enjoyed this a lot. This feature is a good addition. It’s like a mini autobiography – you get nice insights but it’s not too lengthy. Perfect!
I don’t think you’ll be alone. Get ready for a rollercoaster of emotions watching the film next week…
I think this discussion is about done. I haven’t lapped up anything Horner has said. I haven’t even commented on it. Funny how triggered you are by such an innocuous comment though.
Anyhow, that […]
@chrischrill Yeah there’s a million reasons why it couldn’t and wouldn’t work. But we can dream!
@f1osaurus Apart form the fact I don’t need to comment on every angle to a story, the other reason I don’t need to mention Horner is that as long as you’re around, this site has fulfilled its quota of people […]
“I think that Formula 1 being a closed club, like the American franchises, is what makes it the Champions League of motor racing,”
Ironic that the Champions League is NOT a closed shop – it’s based on mer […]
@f1osaurus very strange comment directed at me; I haven’t even mentioned Horner.
I maintain it’s not sporting to assert pressure on a third party to NOT hire a driver, as you’re unhappy that they have links to […]
Haha that is true tbf
The way Wolff openly exerts pressure on Williams is actually disgusting and completely against the DNA of F1. They are an independent team!
Very telling that he doesn’t practice what he preaches if we’re led […]

I like Vettel a lot. Love him as a driver, respect his views, and applaud his attitude to making a difference.
But the eco preaching is a bit rich when he must make near 50 flights a year (20+ grand prix plus […]
