Standard Sly Sports packages for pubs depend on the rateable value (as well as a complex system of discounts) and vary from 3 to 50 times the cost charged to private households. The national average is around £400 a month, but it can go up to well over £2500. Those prices are for standard HD programming, so you can expect 4k to be twice that.
An average pub looking to provide 4k content on a 12-month contract will probably be paying a total close to £10,000. One in a city centre or with high traffic could easily find themselves charged 4-5 times that.
