Cap SF commented on the post, Verstappen spins and wins from 10th on grid as Ferrari pair finish off the podium 1 week ago
If a person is incompetent but keeps his job, he probably has friend higher up.
One can see this a lot in a government.
I don’t like it either but it’s allowed. If Leclerc wants to change lines, he risks touching Verstappen.
They could make the rules simple, like staying behind the leader with all 4 wheels.
The rule is that you can’t move ahead of the leading car, I suppose even 1cm should be enough.
Leclerc has the right to choose his line, but in this instance Max kind of blocked the racing line.
He tried the […]
I think Leclerc was gaining on Perez, that’s why they called him in.
Either that or they got tricked by Ferrari (Message to Leclerc: box to overtake)
It reminded me off the good old days with Schumacher when […]
I get what you mean, Max used to tangle with Vettel, Raikkonen, Leclerc, Hamilton and even Ricciardo.
With someone like Max you can’t just yield, Leclerc knows this well enough.
There was some history between […]
The only thing Mercedes can do to fix the porpoising and get more grip, is a new floor.
Which they tried, but it failed.
Adding wing might help in sector 2 but my guess is that the car was still sliding a lot, […]
Cap SF commented on the post, Ferrari haven't solved tyre problems despite Silverstone near-win – Leclerc 1 year ago
The pace disadvantage on the hard tire against Hamilton in Silverstone was a pity.
At one point, Leclerc said on the radio that he had pace in hand.
Maybe he lost too much time because of the engine glitch.

You’re right, he shortened the distance to the line.
Cap SF commented on the post, Seven F1 teams demand explanation over secret FIA-Ferrari settlement 2 years, 5 months ago
The stupidest thing FIA did was announce they made a secret arrangement.
Nobody should know there is an arrangement, because it’s supposed to be confidential.
This secret should stay a secret for […]
Cap SF commented on the post, Mercedes confirm Hamilton didn't cause his car failure in Q1 4 years ago
Exactly how Verstappen wrecked his car in Silverstone at Chapel coming on to the straight.
Raikkonen pitted early (lap 14) so he probably would have been caught but not Vettel nor Bottas.
They pitted on lap 20-21. Hamilton pitted on lap 26 I think.
No way Hamilton would have caught the leaders without […]
It would be crazy to not pit at that moment in the race.
I understand Mercedes didn’t pit Hamilton. If they did, he would have been 6th behind RIC. He might have gained 2 places.
They took a huge gamble on […]
Cap SF commented on the post, Ferrari drivers say deliberate crash claims are "silly" 4 years, 1 month ago
I’m not surprised if the oil burn attack came from Allison.
I don’t know what that guy is thinking. Did Ferrari do something to him?
Cap SF commented on the post, Steiner admits Haas are getting frustrated with Grosjean 4 years, 1 month ago
If Leclerc goes to Ferrari, why not take Raikkonen?
The plan for Ferrari was to go to the end on Mediums, just like Hamilton and Bottas did.
The safety car helped the Ferrari’s and Verstappen, simply because they decided to pit.
Something Mercedes could have done […]
Cap SF commented on the post, Ferrari used "interesting tactics" says Hamilton after Raikkonen clash 4 years, 1 month ago
People say stupid things when things don’t go their way.
These comments about cheating is also a way to influence the stewards.
When Lewis is in trouble you can see he needs support. As if he needs a mental […]
