@hoshino I actually think running softer compounds will be the better option. It will require them to do two stops. This makes the stints themselves shorter. Today, they had the hardest compound Pirelli even […]

pushing the lines, pushing the lines. This is one of the parts of F1 the teams never get enough of – protesting, copying, etc. Yes, F1 is back @hoshino :-)

@hoshino the rule is a bugbear but Ferrari strategy was awful. the tyres were lasting so no point in starting on the medium, only when degradation is terrible that leclerc strategy makes sense, medium and then […]

@hoshino completely different incidents. So different to one another that it’s quite incredible that you’re drawing any kind of comparison.
For starters, Max touched Seb already on the corner, the first one of […]

@hoshino I think Sumedh means that Ferrari don’t charge them anything for some engines by giving their test driver a go, as opposed to circumventing the rules.

@hoshino the question is, has got enough points for a super license yet?
BasCB commented on the post, Hamilton proud to 'knock down walls' to F1 6 years, 10 months ago
indeed @hoshino. It clearly points to the fault in design being in the basic concept they start from, a great racing track just is not a priority factor in the overall design.

@hoshino It looks like the car will feature a lot of yellow. I’ve read a few things about Subway possibly being a sponsor, and a yellow car would fit with that also.

@hoshino I understand the teams have until the 17th to make their first selection, not the 13th as originally written (amended above).

@hoshino As much as I love watching Max do his brilliant thing. His passes were all tyre + DRS assisted.
He was on fresher tyres than all the cars he passed. He was able to close on them by having superior grip […]

@hoshino You raise a good point – no one wants to see people losing their jobs. And the big teams are resistant to cost controls partly because they don’t want to be laying people off.
But I’m talking about […]

@hoshino Haha! Yeah, Keith wants to ban everybody involved in F1, starting with grid girls, then the team personnel, then the drivers?
I don’t agree with him on this point.

How are the sparks artificial, @hoshino? They look very real to me and titanium was the skid block material that we used to see in ye days of olde.

@hoshino So, you think then that the sparks 25 years ago were also artificial? Because they were achieved by exactly the same means. The reasons for the return of titanium skids instead of the heavy steel skids […]
