Thats one way to look at it. The other way is that they control the sport because they bought it.

Montezemolo would do a good job imo.

The holding company would only ever appoint the person they feel will make them the most money. If that person goes rouge and does something “for the love of the sport”, he would soon be sacked.

They need to focus on having races in places that are accessible to people on all continents, otherwise it just cant be considered a world championship.

Vettel is definitely one of the top 5 drivers on the grid. If they all shared equal equipment I don’t believe Vettel would come out on top.
