Honestly, now that I’ve got some time to think about it, I think Fernando Alonso’s reaction/behaviour towards the team is embarrassing. I guess I am not alone in this.
I mean, yes he is a very talented driver […]

OK thanks, you’re right, although I was just interested in hearing those engines for a while….

Does anybody now if there’ll be live TV coverage of testing?

About the look of the cars (I don’t know if somebody already mentioned this): what about a return of the Walrus nose, like on the Williams FW26 back in ’04?! I guess that would be better than the digital proposals […]

I don’t know if what Toto says, is the right direction for Mercedes. Toto sounds like BMW back in ’08 and I think Mercedes is doing even better this year than BMW was doing five years ago. Remember BMW wanted to […]

You reckon not. I wouldn’t either in the clear example you gave me, but in the case of F1 we’re assuming too many things and as you might now: assumption is the mother of all **** up. So there needs to be more […]

Webber, as a person, is a great chap and noble sportsman, but as a racing driver in current times I’m not so sure. Here’s why:
– car racing (and motor racing) is or has become a very individualistic sport from […]

They say they want to replicate the 130R and turn 8 from the Istanbul circuit?? I don’t think those replica’s won’t show the same thrill. The reason why? If you look at the approaches to these turns you can see […]

I agree with William. Although he’s been my champion of the second half of the FR3.5 season this year, his career isn’t stellar, like Vettel’s.

Sorry to put it so bluntly and maybe a bit biased but: stupid push to pass! Sato didn’t stand a change against Castroneves, because helio had more push to pass left over. Okay, Helio and his team played it probably more clever than Sato by not using the p-to-p early on, but I really wanted Sato to finally take a win!

Great race! probably a bit biased, because I really wanted a Webber to win the race. Proper overtake for the lead right at the end of the race. No technical malheur for the leadgroup of drivers. Wish I was there! Cheers!

They both started with the same amount of push-to-pash, Castroneves just did a better job of saving it earlier on.
Though I would say I’ve never been a fan of Edmonton, it’s not a great venue for overtaking.
