Going to the Canadian Grand Prix at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve 8 years, 2 months agoLol, Eric…..I thought you had found the optimum way of getting from 33 to the Podium in time, since you had the pics of the GA area at 33. I can see where it would be fairly easy from 11. I think Fri & Sat might call for some recon to see if it is remotely possible to get there.

Going to the Canadian Grand Prix at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve 8 years, 3 months agoI picked up an inflatable cushion at Walmart that rolls up & fits in a pouch about the size of a beer can. I just clip it to my camera bag so it’s not something else to carry.
I’m all set for next month. My replacement Trio tickets arrived last month & I had them include the Metro Pass & a voucher for a program. Good morning Drew. Your son will be right at home. We used the CoTA camping last year & there were no wild parties or lewdness. They have made some changes for this year as far as location & price. Last year was in Lot M which was just above T11. They are moving it to Lot N this year which is above T 3 – 7. Cost this year will be $400, with move…[Read more]

Your son will be fine there. There were quite a few kids around this past year and it was pretty well organized. Last year the dry camping was in Lot M, which is above T11. This year they are moving it to Lot N, which is close to Turns 3-7. There aren’t any included amenities except for some port-potties & lighting. You can pay extra for 30amp…[Read more]

You never know what CoTA is going to do until the last minute though…lol! Still, even at a half mile, it’s a shorter walk than where the shuttles drop you at Monza!

I paid for my Season Tickets today….Friday was the deadline. They sent me pricing info for all the tickets last week & looks like they are pretty much the same as last year. A little more info I’ve found out the last few days….. The dry camping will probably be moved to Lot F, from Lot M this year & reduced the cost to $400 & not include the 4…[Read more]

As an update for those that have the Bronze Trio tickets….I heard from the Circuit today & the Friday tickets will be relocated to Grandstand 33. So we will have 33 on Friday & Sunday & 31 on Saturday. If you already received your tickets, they will need to be returned & new tickets for the 3 days issued.
