I think it’s fantastic news, but I don’t think it’s going to be enough to convince people who don’t want to subscribe.
Although you would be paying for 50 races instead of 10.

Can’t wait. First ever GP for me :) See you there @Spud ;)

25th November 2011, 11:01 at 11:01 am #175634McLarenFanJammParticipantAccording to PitPass, Sky have signed a deal with Ted Kravitz as pit lane reporter, Brundle/Crofty to be commentators whilst DC and (thankfully) Jordan stay at the BBC. They also think it’s between Georgie Thompson or Simon Lazenby (currently presents Sky’s ruby coverage) for the program host with Mansell as a pundit. Of course it’s all just rumour at the moment, but it doesn’t sound *too* bad at the moment.
Going back to the OP, I don’t know ANY F1 fans that want Louise Goodman back. She was, and still is, completely useless.
27th July 2011, 7:50 at 7:50 am #175217McLarenFanJammParticipantGravel traps don’t exist on more modern tracks precisely because tar-mac is safer. If a driver goes sideways into a gravel trap and the wheels dig in, the car could flip and injure the driver. tar-mac run-off areas negate this risk.
